Melecia has spent more than 26 years helping companies hire, manage, and keep great people. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Deloitte, OneTrust, Coca-Cola, and Kimberly-Clark — where she ran global mobility, immigration compliance, HR governance, and AI policy programs across dozens of countries.

At OneTrust, she built the entire global mobility function from scratch during the company's fastest growth years. That meant handling immigration, relocation, taxes, and international assignments across multiple countries — while setting up Workday HCM and managing global vendor relationships. At Deloitte, she led visa programs for US professionals working abroad and designed AI frameworks in Salesforce to support international business travel.

Through LeAndra Enterprises, she brings all of that experience to founders and leadership teams who need senior HR help — without the cost or commitment of hiring full-time. She is based in the Atlanta area and works with clients across the US and globally.
