How is this different from a recruiting agency?

Agencies are paid per placement — they are motivated to fill the role, not necessarily to fill it well. We are paid a flat monthly fee, so we are motivated to find the right person, even when it takes longer.

What kinds of roles do you recruit for?

Mostly mid-level to senior professional roles — operations, finance, marketing, engineering, and HR. We do not do high-volume hourly recruiting. We focus on roles where getting the right person really matters.

What if you cannot find someone in a given month?

We keep working until we do. The monthly fee covers active recruiting — if a role takes longer, we do not stop. We will also tell you honestly if a role is misaligned with the market and what to adjust.

Can you handle international hires?

Yes — and this is one of our strengths. Given Melecia's global mobility background, we are well-suited for international roles, visa-dependent hires, and US-based hires with immigration needs. Few recruiters can speak fluently to both sides.
